Belfast, County Antrim / Dundrum, County Down (Seasonal) / Dublin, County Dublin
If you enjoy fresh local seafood at an affordable price then make your way to the Mourne Seafood bar in Dundrum or Belfast. Our seafood restaurants are unique in Ireland as they source all their shellfish from our very own shellfish beds. The Dundrum restaurant is situated in the picturesque village of Dundrum, at the foot of the Mourne Mountains; the seafood bar is only 30 minutes drive from Belfast.
Why not build up an appetite for lunch with a long walk through the nearby Murlough nature reserve or have a paddle along the nearby strand. The Restaurant is only 3 miles from the world famous Royal County Down golf course.
No bookings for Lunch, it is a first come first served basis and reservations are highly recommended for dinner from 5pm onwards Monday – Saturday.
Due to customer demand the Oyster Bar is now running the same menu as the main restaurant and open Friday evenings and Saturdays for lunch and dinner. It will be taking reservations in the evening only as with Mourne Seafood Bar.
Our upstairs room is available for private hire Monday to Thursday evenings and can accomodate 30-40 people. Other than that the maximum party size we can accomodate would be a table of twelve. Please see the Private Dining page for further details.
The Mourne Seafood Bar Dublin will be serving fresh locally sourced seafood right on the canal basin; delicious food with spectacular views both day and night. The location could not be more convenient – directly across from the Marker Hotel and the Bord Gais Theatre, 5 mins walk from Pearse Street Dart Station, 15 mins walk to the Aviva Stadium, O2 Stadium, Connolly Station, the Convention Centre and town centre. Not to mention being only 5 mins drive from the Port Tunnel and 10 mins drive from the airport.
Our public bar is open from 5pm Monday – Thursday and from 2pm Friday and Saturday.
We have a full Bar licence including a selection of Draught beers and Craft Bottled beers.
We are located in the heart of Grand Canal Dock, easily accessible by Dart and Bus Routes and is an easy walk from Dublin City Centre.
