ARTISAN

Galway, County Galway

We pride ourselves on serving the very best of local, in-season produce, organic where possible, and serving exceptional French classic/Irish dishes with a twist, drawing inspiration from Parisian bistros. Candlelight, soft sounds, and subdued lighting create the perfect atmosphere in which to enjoy the extraordinary culinary delights of this true foodie restaurant. It’s the perfect spot to while away a couple of hours while enjoying some of the best food in the city.

On top of winning numerous Bridgestone Awards, Artisan has recently been named ‘Best Restaurant in Connacht’ at the Irish Restaurant Awards, and while being nominated was an honour in itself, we were very proud to be returning to Galway with such an esteemed award.

“Artisan is one of Galway’s top fine dining experiences. Located in the heart of Galway on Quay street Artisan is situated above the famous Tigh Neachtain. Built in 1894 the building is full of charm & character with romantic window tables looking out on to the medieval streets of Galway.

Artisan has won numerous awards including best restaurant in Connaught 2012 at the RAI awards with recommendations yearly from Bridgestone & Georgina Campbell. Head chef Mark Campbell prides himself on using in season local produce to create the finest contemporary cuisine in the city. We hope to see you soon.”
